# Welcome to GingerBIM

> GingerBIM is a browser-based BIM platform for IFC-SG modelling — view your models in 3D, manage element data, build live schedules, generate 2D drawings, and export sheet sets.

GingerBIM runs entirely in the browser. You publish a model, open it in the 3D viewer, and work with it directly: classify elements to IFC-SG, fill in property data, build live schedules, cut plans and sections, and lay everything out on paper-size sheets for PDF/DXF hand-off.
